Even after more than 20 years of collecting Movado this one surprised me... It's a super nice and rare 1950's m90 chrono in 18K pink gold made for the Argentinian market. Most of you know the French made cases but also in South-America many watchbrands made gold cases locally! All because of import taxes. Most of these cases are of higher quality, using the exact same design as their Swiss sisters. This minty example measures 35mm excl. original crown, Industria Argentina is engraved in the caseback and is the first I saw so extra rare. The original dial is stunning with the outer Pulsations track in blue and inner minute in black. The cal m90 movement is in mint condition and just serviced. Attached is our period style signature strap with Movado buckle. Surely one of the more desirable m90's.
