This elegant and high quality Vacheron Constantin is a bit extra special as it was retailed by Cartier. It's reference 7813 and made around 1970. The 18K gold case is unpolished, in very good condition and measures 25mm wide and 35mm long which makes it a nice decent size. The original dial is oval shaped with original Cartier signature. Movement is the high quality manual Cal K1014 and is working perfectly. The watch comes from the estate of the original owner. Attached is a nice period strap with cool buckle. Lovely piece and very en-vogue at the moment, and extra saught after with the Cartier signature.
