UG has become very sought after ever since the re-launch of the brand and launch of the new Polerouter. The Polerouter was actually Gerald Genta's first design! The example here is one of the lesser known models as it's quite rare. It's the first series of the Polerouter SUPER ref 869112/1 from the mid 60's. It's different from the other Polerouters as it has a larger, thicker case with screw-on crown to improve water resistance. This example is simply stunning with unpolished case, desirable black dial and rare UG steel bracelet. The original swiss T dial is in great condition with black center and steel outer track with perfet tritium lume dots. The steel unpolished case measures 35mm excl. big crown and the ref & serial are still clearly visible. The movement is UG's famous Microrotor and is in super condition also. The original bracelet is the icing on the cake! Really stunning piece which is impressive on the wrist!
