Sometimes a watch captivates your senses and mesmerizes you... this extremely rare 1930's Vulcain is such a watch! I can't begin to tell how rare and beautiful it is. Starting off with the special steel 33mm straybrite step case; it's got two wide angular steps which one hardly ever sees and gives a unique wrist presence. Even more special is the dial, a typical end 30's feature called a Sandwich dial. It actually consists of two dials... one brass/copper plate below and on top another dial with the numerals etc stanced-out. What makes this dial extra rare and beautiful is the black color which one never sees. Paired with the most beautiful hands you can think of, it's one of the most striking combo's I ever saw! Movement is a high grade Vulcain signed 16 jewel which was recently checked and timed. Attached is our signature period correct suede strap which suits the watch perfectly.
