Vulcain Cricket Nautical Tropic Polaris

One of the rarest 70′s dive watches, this is the Vulcain Cricket Nautical 300M Alarm. It’s very similar to the JLC Polaris, having a similar caseback with alarm function. The large steel case measures a whopping 42 mm and has is reference S2322B. The original dial has turned quite brown and looks very nice and tropical with the orange accents. Movement is the manual Vulcain Cal. S2 with alarm which has just been checked and cleaned and is working fine with a very loud alarm. Attached is the original 22mm Tropic band which in itself is worth quite a bit nowadays. Awesome 70′s piece.

Speedmaster 2998-3 FAP (Fuerza Aerea del Peru)

Ultra rare military Speedmaster used by the FAP. The real Omega collector knows the rarity of this piece… not only is it one of the more desirable Speedmaster references; 2998-3 with dauphine hands & arrow sub-dial hands but also a military piece. It was issued to the Fuerza Aerea del Peru in the early 60′s. These chrono’s were usually worn by fighter pilots (later in the mid 60′s they could also buy Rolex Daytona’s). The watch is completely original and even comes with an Omega Certificate stating it was delivered to Peru and thus used by the FAP. The dial is original and is beginning to turn a bit brown, it’s aged but still very presentable. The watch was completely serviced, including the famous 321 movement (serial 17 mio). The case is still very fat and naturally FAP is correctly engraved in it. Attached is a rare period Forstner pilot/astonaut bracelet.
