Alfa Junior Zagato 1600

Fantastic and rare Alfa Romeo Junior Zagato 1600. This example is one of the last built in November 1973 and one of only 402 made in total. The car was originally delivered in Germany and is still retains it’s German title. The white color is original, rare and suits the car very well. Overall condition is excellent, the floor looks like new and has never been welded (best I’ve ever seen). The sides have been resprayed last year but the rest is still the original paint. Important with a Zagato is that the interior still retains the original carpets, steering wheel plus it still has the original Zagato/GTA wheels. The 1600 engine plus gearbox have just been completely overhauled and since the car has done only 100 kilometers. In my opinion a 1600 Zagato is still undervalued as only 402 have been made and it is one of the best driving cars in the Alfa 105 series.

Alfa Romeo GTV 2000 Bertone

Probably the most recognisable vintage / classic Alfa, this is the GTV 2000 by Bertone. This example is a well maintained, no cost spared example from 1973. It’s been in single ownership for roughly 25 years and the owner has made lot’s of serious improvements to make the car drive better and faster. It boasts an upgraded 2 litre engine with high compression pistons and special cams which makes it a seriously quick car (approx 155 BHP). The suspension has been lowered and it has Bilstein shocks at the front and red Koni’s at the rear. The brakes have been upgraded and are larger Montreal discs (vented). It also has a limited slip diff. Cosmetically, it wears new GTA wheels, Recaro seats (original interior comes with the car), Nardi steering wheel, back-seat diamond motive cover etc. This car really drives wonderfully and gives you a smile on your face constantly!

Lotus Elan S4

S4-Groot

Lotus Elan S4 from 1968. Regarded by many as THE classic car one should own or at least have owned once in their life! Certainly one of England’s car icons. Light and very agile it drives fantastically, especially this model which was converted from a street car to a semi-rally/hillclimb car. Thus benefitting from a galvanised chassis, suspension and engine improvements/parts from a 26R. Recently benefitted from a respray, new brakes, new wheels (the originals are included in the sale as are many other spare parts) and engine work (dyno file included with 120 bhp). It retains it’s original seats and door panels and even has an original hardtop. Ideal car for classic events/rally’s and a solid investment. The car comes with Italian title & FIA pass.
