Lovely Giulia Sprint GT 1600 from 1964, never restored and matching numbers. This is the 1st series Stepnose in it’s original and stunning Blue Petrol color. The car comes with various documents such as a copy of the original Italian title, ASI certificate, Extract from Alfa’s Centro Storico (verifying the engine & color) and also the FIVA Identity card (for rallies). It was imported into the Netherlands from Italy in 2002. In 2002 it was technically overhauled and converted to rally spec. Details are; original 1600 engine with sport cams & improved head, limited slip diff, larger brakes, yellow & red Koni shocks, raly springs, 27mm anti roll-bar, rally lights, period sport seats & GTI Rally Twin. The original seats and brakes are still with the car. It’s participated extensively and succesfully in various rallies over the last 10 years, amongs them 8 Tulip rallies. The car has never been subject to restoration but only benefitted from a recent respray (due to small rally scars) and has just received a major service and can be used for rallies immediately. These 1st series are rare and are going up in value fast.
